Fourth Annual Hiring Partner Conference

This invitation-only 1.5 day event, hosted by McDermott Will and Emery LLP at its offices in downtown Miami, brings together hiring partners from preeminent firms to understand current trends and developments in law firm recruiting. Participants will share best practices, hear from law school insiders and industry professionals, and gain new perspectives on the challenges and opportunities they face.

A $200 early registration discount is available through September 30, 2019. Subject to availability, a late registration fee of $300 applies to all registrations made after January 15, 2020. Registration is limited to two lawyers per firm.

Conference Fees

Please register through the Foundation's bookstore at www.nalpfoundation.org/bookstore Fourth Annual Hiring Partner Conference. The $2,895 conference fee is reduced to $1,895 for firms that contribute to the NALP Foundation at the Supporter level ($2,500 to $4,999) or higher. 

The conference fee includes lunch and snacks on TMonday, February 24, as well as cocktails and dinner at a local restaurant that evening and breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Tuesday, February 25. The fee also includes one night in a King Premier room at the newly renovated Kimpton EPIC Hotel with Wi-Fi internet access on Monday, February 24.
