The NALP Foundation recently published an article entitled "Compensation, Colleagues, and Career Paths: Insights on Associate Retention Drivers from The NALP Foundation’s Newest Study" in the May 2024 NALP Bulletin.
The article highlights findings from the Foundation's recent Should I Stay or Should I Go? Key Factors Driving Law Firm Associate Retention study.
