Trustee Tacy Flint Leads Sidley Austin Effort to Support the Equal Rights Amendment

Sidley Austin recently filed an amicus brief on behalf of a group of former legislators backing the Equal Rights Amendment in D.C. Circuit Court. The Sidley team was led by Tacy Flint, a Supreme Court and Appellate Litigation Partner and member of the NALP Foundation Board of Trustees since September 2019.

"I was proud to support the cause of equality this month representing a group of esteemed former legislators who voted to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment and who are now arguing for certification of the ERA," said Flint.
